Can a socialist.system of taxation and redistribution of wealth be created using blockchain and replace governmental economic policy?

Also combined with a blockchain-based voting system this would be very democratic.

Though it might presents a lot of technical challenge, like assuring each person has a single wallet (biometry?).

Socialism is not about redistributing wealth. Its about having workers decide what to do with the fruits of their labor, not an exploitative capitalist. Blockchain is not going to bring about that kind of society. What Bitcoin will do is allow workers to hold onto the value of their money without diluting it, indefinitely

op just wants to expand the principle of "rules without rulers". which i think is a good idea and the so called "mob rule" would rather turn out into swarm intelligence.

And redistribution is also need in order not to end up in current situation where almost all the money is held by a few hands

Besides i believe Bitcoin wasn't made for capitalism because of its deflationary nature
