Im 17 and im saving up what do you guys think the price of bitcoin will be in a year when im able to purchase i know nobody knows but what do you think

when i graduated highscool i had enough to buy 1 btc for $1000 on robinhood. instead i bought a diversified portfolio of my favorite brands. hope you make a better decision

Literally no one knows and anyone telling you otherwise is being disingenuous at best.

Rather than speculating and letting the fomo run rampant, do you have a trusted adult (excuse the term... 17 is grown ass.. ) that can buy regular small amounts for you?

There is nothing legally stopping you from owning BTC, except the systems that BTC wants to fix / replace

I just checked my Magic 8 Ball and it said “It is decidedly so.” So take that for what it’s worth.

The fact of the matter is bit has been alive (despite the numerous announcements of its death) for a long time now. Always up, always willing to serve. Also, the general trajectory of bit is up. So despite what the price is in a year, my suggestion would be the same: it’s always a good time to buy bit.

Year from now is going into the halving. I predict Bitcoin will be circa $40k come then.

I think we still have about 150x left in us.  I recommend buying a very small amount (on the street) with some throw away money, put it on a device that doesn't have viruses, write down the password and forget about it.  If you don't know how to do that then go to r/BitcoinBeginners and ask.  Write down your country when you get there.
