3rd party buy/sell. I did it quite a few times. I find some people local, like on craigslist, fb, or even work. Meet up at the Starbucks. Buy coffee, bullshit and sell some btc/buy. Typically you get a discount if buying in cash.

But be careful. Bring an extra person, if it don’t feel right just walk away.
