last time i bought btc was months ago, and i was able to buy using my debit card via Coinbase, immediately transfer from Coinbase to Coinbase Pro, and then withdraw from Coinbase Pro to my external wallet in the same day

is it still possible to do this (either on Coinbase or anywhere else), or has this loophole been permanently patched?

I use Coinbase often (Trade View) for buying.

I use via linked bank account rather than debit card though.

For under $1k transaction: from bank to CB to BTC buy to withdrawal to wallet in 10 minutes.

Total fee 0.4% ( $4 for $999 transaction).

Good luck!

Loophole...lol.....your issue is whatever rules your CEX sets. Sovreign bitcoiners can send between wallets whenever they want and wait just 10minutes to clear.
